Shipping Policy
- Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards.
- We ship to destinations in Australia and Internationally.
- *Flat rate shipping of $12.00 per order is applied to orders shipped in Australia, excluding nativity sets and large display pieces.
- *If you have ordered a nativity set or a large display piece (such as a life-size figure or an oversized LED decoration), you’ll receive an order confirmation stating a flat rate shipping of $12.00. At that time, we will provide a custom shipping quote based on size, weight, and destination, and notify you before processing your order.
- Shipping prices do not include products shipped overseas.
- If there has been no authority to leave selected by customer and no one is present to receive the delivery, there will be a $20.00 charge per re-delivery and attempted delivery.
- We strive to ship our products within 1-3 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out same day.
- Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
- Depending on the size of parcel we may not be able to ship to PO boxes.
- We ship via a courier company called Shippit and you will receive shipping updates directly from Shippit with the delivery status of your order. We also dispatch orders via Australia Post and Fastway.
Shipping Damages
- All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If the product is received damaged, it must be reported to us within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
- Of course, if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
